The invention relates to a method of confectioning areca nuts. The key process is to first select the areca nuts of proper sizes and with a crispy taste. After removing the stems from the areca nuts, use a blade to cut an opening and add or spread edible ingredients or Chinese herbs on the opening of the areca nuts. Place the areca nuts in order on the trays to be frozen in the temperature under 20 degree Celsius, followed by decompression and heating to dehydrate the product before the final products are packaged. The invention presents a breakthrough of the concept among general public in the way of consuming the areca nuts. By offering a long-term preservation and an effective ingestion of the elements of the fresh areca nuts, which are also packed with healthy ingredients, the invention can change the negative impression on consuming areca nuts and enhance the use and efficacy of the areca nuts.本發明係關於一種檳榔蜜餞製造方法,主要係先選擇大小適中、口感清脆之檳榔,將該檳榔去除蒂頭後,再將檳榔切一開口,並於開口上添加或塗抹食品材料或養生中藥材,接著將檳榔排列於盤子上後,以-20℃以下之溫度凍結至結冰,再以減壓、加熱的方式將產品乾燥,最後即可經由包裝後完成成品;據此,本發明主要為了突破一般民眾對攝食檳榔的觀念,以長期保存及有效攝食檳榔青果之成份,並以健康之風味食材共同包裝,改變民眾對攝食檳榔的不良印象,提升檳榔的利用及功效。1‧‧‧挑選2‧‧‧去蒂剝片3‧‧‧添加或塗抹4‧‧‧凍結5‧‧‧乾燥6‧‧‧成品
