FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture, particularly crop production, and can be used in growing naked oat under conditions of nonchernozem belt of the Russian Federation. The method comprises the pre-sowing treatment of soil, sowing the preliminary treated seeds, crop tending, harvesting and grain conditioning. The crop tending comprises treatment of plants during vegetation. The naked oat seeds before sowing are treated with a bacterial preparation Planris at a concentration of the working fluid of 5% at a consumption rate of 10 l/t for 24 hours prior to sowing. Sowing seeds of naked oat is performed at the physical maturity of soil with a seeding rate of 5-5.5 million seeds of 90-95% germination rate per 1 ha of cultivated area. The treatment of plant top is carried out in a tillering phase on a single occasion with the preparation Max Super Humate at a concentration of the working fluid of 1.0% at a consumption rate of 250 l/ha. Способ включает предпосевную обработку почвы, посев предварительно обработанных семян, уход за посевами, уборку и подработку зерна. Уход за посевами предусматривает обработку растений в период вегетации. Семена голозерного овса перед посевом обрабатывают бактериальным препаратом Планриз с концентрацией рабочей жидкости 5% при норме расхода 10 л/т за 24 часа до посева. Посев семян голозерного овса осуществляют при физической спелости почвы с нормой высева 5-5,5 миллионов семян 90-95%-ной всхожести на 1 га посевной площади.
