PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work management system which easily avoids deterioration in work efficiency.SOLUTION: The work management system includes an information storage section in which identification information capable of identifying a farm field and work information that is information on work by a work machine in the farm field are stored. The information storage section stores a plurality of pieces of identification information corresponding to a plurality of farm fields with a plurality of pieces of work information, and each work information is associated with each identification information.
