The present invention relates to Pectobacterium phage POP72 showing host susceptibility to Pseudomonas aeruginosa and compositions containing the same, and is a bacteriophage with grapegrass band. The bacteriophage of the present invention does not recognize various kinds of known receptors but recognizes new extracellular polysaccharides and inhibits or kills the growth of peptibacterium.
