Disclosed is a protein preparation comprising a glutamate oxaloacetate transaminase first (GOT1) polypeptide molecule, wherein the GOT1 is identical in its sequence to a human serum. 100% of the GOT1 polypeptide molecules in the formulation have alanine at position 1 of the GOT1 polypeptide. The GOT1 polypeptide molecule constitutes at least 95% of the proteins in the formulation. Methods for producing the same and uses thereof are also disclosed.글루타메이트 옥살로아세테이트 트랜스아미나제 1(GOT1) 폴리펩타이드 분자를 포함하는 단백질 제제가 개시되어 있으며, 상기 GOT1은 그 서열이 사람의 혈청에 존재하는 것과 동일하다. 상기 제제 내 GOT1 폴리펩타이드 분자의 100%는 GOT1 폴리펩타이드의 1번 위치에 알라닌을 갖는다.
