PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tongue function evaluation method which can simultaneously visualize a target value and information of a force that is actually exerted, which can evaluate an exerting ability and an adjusting ability of the exertable force of the tongue using the visualized information, and which enables a multifaceted quantitative evaluation of a decreased function such as dysphagia.SOLUTION: A tongue function evaluation method includes: an endurance evaluating step S2 for measuring a duration time in which the target value can be continuously exerted and evaluate the endurance based on the duration time an instantaneous evaluation step S3 for measuring an excessive response from the first target value to the second target value when the first target value and the second target value are set as a target value and the value is changed from the first target value to the second target value, and evaluate the instantaneous force based on a characteristic value of the excessive response and a dexterity evaluating step S4 for measuring a tracking response to a continuous change when the target value is continuously changed, an evaluates the dexterity based on the difference between the tracking response and the target value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】目標値と実際に発揮している力の情報を同時に可視化し、可視化したビジュアルな情報を用いながら、発揮できる舌部の力の発揮能力と調整能力を評価することができ、例えば嚥下障害などの機能低下を多面的に定量評価することができる舌機能評価方法を提供する。【解決手段】舌機能評価方法は、目標値を持続的に発揮できる持続時間を計測して、持続時間から持久力を判断する持久力評価ステップS2と、目標値として第1目標値と第2目標値とを設定して、第1目標値を第2目標値に変化させた場合に、第1目標値から第2目標値への過度応答を計測し、過度応答の特性値から瞬発力を判断する瞬発力評価ステップS3と、目標値を連続的に変化させた場合に、連続的な変化への追従応答を計測し、追従応答における目標値との誤差から巧緻性を判断する巧緻性評価ステップS4と、を有することを特徴とする。【選択図】図2
