PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: in a fishing line guide whose frame body is formed by laminating fiber-reinforced resin sheets, the end of a short-width fiber sheet not reaching the end surface of the frame body causes a gap in the laminated layer.SOLUTION: In a fishing line guide, a gap formed by the end part of a short-width sheet added for reinforcing a fixing part of a frame body is embedded by abutting a gap sealing member, which is obtained by arranging reinforced fiber in the extension direction of the end part and impregnating it with a resin material, along the end part of the short-width sheet and changing the cross-sectional shape of a gap, generated between the end surface of the end part and fiber sheets laminated so as to sandwich the end surface, during pressurizing and heating the frame body.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】フレーム本体を繊維強化樹脂シートを積層させて形成する釣糸ガイドは、フレーム本体の端面まで到達しない短幅の繊維シートの端部が積層内に間隙を生じさせている。【解決手段】釣糸ガイドは、フレーム本体の固定部を強化するために追加した短幅繊維シートの端部によって生じる間隙を、その端部の延伸方向に強化繊維を配列して樹脂材料に含浸した間隙封止部材を短幅繊維シートの端部に沿って宛がい、フレーム本体への加圧加熱時に端部の端面と、該端面を挟むように積層された繊維シートとの間に生じる間隙を断面形状を変化させて埋め込むように構成される。【選択図】図4
