The present invention provides a vacuum high-temperature sterilizing agitation method, and,more particularly, relates to a novel forming method subverting conventional mushroom cultivation process. The method mainly includes the following steps: (A) mixing the substrate material (B) directly performing the vacuum high-temperature sterilizing agitation operation in an agitation furnace and, (C) cooling the substrate and bottling. With such a novel and unique design, the present invention can proceed the heterogeneous bacteria eliminating process while maintaining high temperature gradient, so that the agitation process of substrate (sawdust) will not be affected by occurrence of heterogeneous bacteria intrusion. Therefore, the method can subvert the prior art which still has the problem of occurrence of heterogeneous bacteria by sterilizing after bottling. The present invention can significantly alleviate the problems of time, materials, manpower and quality for mushroom farmers during the production process, make the production process becoming more efficient, and further reduce the cost and increase the production capability for domestic mushroom farmers.
