PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool having a simple structure and equipped with a stopper function, the tool being a tip device attached to the tip of a pipe column used for agriculture or horticulture.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided a radially arranged plate unit having appropriate elasticity (in which a first plate member a1 and a second plate member b1 are combined in a cross shape). The plate unit comprises: a pipe-inserting portion 1 on its upper part and a penetrating portion 2 having a larger diameter on its lower part and a pointed lower edge, these portions being separated via a step 21 that corresponds to the pipe thickness of a pipe column to be attached.
