PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To awaken a user further comfortably at a wakeup time which is desired by the user who gets a sleep in a seat of a transport moving body.SOLUTION: A seat temperature adjustment device comprises: an adjustment part 306 for adjusting thermal stimulation by a seat air-conditioning unit 31 arranged at a seat of a transport moving body, and applying a thermal stimulation to a user who is seated on the seat, and a seat heater 32； and a wakeup time specifying part 303 for specifying a desired wakeup time when the user gets a sleep on the seat.
