The de-odorizing element (62) comprises a catalyst that adsorbs the ammonia component in the air introduced into the air passage (R) and scavenges the ammonia component from the air. The control means (47) controls the blowing means (44) so that the flow rate of the air passing through the de-odorizing element (62) is at or below a prescribed value.
