PURPOSE: A system for inputting an image for mobile digital imaging and communication in medicine (DICOM) is provided to convert an image of an affected part, which is inputted through a mobile device, into a DICOM image and construct a database by using DICOM medical information with personal information of a patient, thereby conveniently collecting wide medical information.CONSTITUTION: A mobile device (100) includes a camera. A DICOM mobile gateway (200) receives patient information and an image of an affected part through a communication network and converts the image of the affected part into a DICOM image.
