PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostimulator which is easy to be connected with a plurality of electrode leads.SOLUTION: Electrode leads 2A and 2B are connected in such a way that a terminal-positioning part 7c provided on an insertion part 7A of the electrode lead 2A and a terminal-positioning part 3b provided on a reception part 3B of the electrode lead 2B are fitted to each other. Electrode leads 2B and 2C are connected in such a way that a terminal-positioning part 7c provided on an insertion part 7B of the electrode lead 2B and a terminal-positioning part 3b provided on a reception part 3C of the electrode lead 2C are fitted to each other.
