PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a therapeutic composition showing appetite improvement and weight gain effects after total gastrectomy.SOLUTION: A therapeutic composition comprises a GLP-1 reduction agent in a predetermined concentration to reduce the blood glucagon-like peptide 1 (GLP-1) concentration even before meal.
