PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smoking device which can be easily manufactured and hardly causes fracture of an igniter during use.SOLUTION: A smoking device includes a smoking agent container 30 formed with an opening 32 at the top thereof and storing a smoking agent 2, a top plate 50 provided in the opening 32 of the smoking agent container 30 and formed with a top plate smoke passage hole 52 and a top plate through hole 54, and an igniter 80 projecting from the top plate through hole 54 formed in the top plate 50 and provided with an ignition part 82 at the edge. The smoking deviceignites the smoking agent 2 by striking the ignition part 82 with a striker.
