PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unpolished rice germination device which is simple and small and prevents emission of unpleasant odors for a long time.SOLUTION: An unpolished rice germination device is provided with a bottomed inner container 4 which has a sidewall 4c and an opening 4a and further has a copper member 5 formed at least near a bottom 4b in the inside of the inner container 4. The inner container 4 has a section 4e containing an antibacterial agent which is formed with a material containing a silver antibacterial agent at least in the wall 4d near the opening 4a.
