PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fibrin sealant which is effective in a low fibrinogen concentration, has good flow properties, enhanced wettability and excellent drug delivery properties, and is used as a composition for hemostasis useful for the therapy or treatment of mild to intermediate bleeding in trauma, wound, surgery, and the like.SOLUTION: The invention provides a medical dry powder composition containing a mixture of first microparticles containing fibrinogen and second microparticles containing thrombin, wherein preferably the first microparticles include 0.5-20 wt.% of fibrinogen, the second microparticles include 25-1000 IU/g of thrombin, and preferably 0.01-95 wt.% of additive materials are also included.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】低フィブリノーゲン濃度で効果を有するフィブリンシーラントであって、良好な流動性、増強された湿潤性、優れた薬物送達性を有し、外傷、創傷、外科手術等における軽度から中等度の出血の治療又は処置に有用な止血用組成物の提供。【解決手段】フィブリノーゲンを含む第一微小粒子と、トロンビンを含む第二微小粒子との混合物を含む医薬用乾燥粉末組成物。前記第一微小粒子が０．５～２０重量％のフィブリノーゲンを含み、前記第二微小粒子が２５～１０００ＩＵ／ｇのトロンビンを含むことが好ましい医薬用乾燥粉末組成物。更に０．０１～９５重量％の添加材料を含むことが好ましい医薬用乾燥粉末組成物。【選択図】なし
