A scent dispensing system includes a scent-impregnated solid polymer material formed by mixing a liquid polymer, a liquid polymer precursor or a liquid solution of a polymer with a scent compound or formulation and solidifying the polymer from the mixture. The system further includes a powered dispersal system including a heating formation. The scent- impregnated solid polymer material is located on or adjacent to the heating formation. The heating formation is adapted to heat the scent-impregnated solid polymer material to a temperature which is greater than the temperature of the surrounding air in order to sublimate scent from the scent-impregnated solid polymer material.Linvention porte sur un système diffuseur de parfum comprenant un matériau polymère solide imprégné de parfum formé par mélange dun polymère liquide, dun précurseur de polymère liquide ou dune solution liquide dun polymère avec un composé parfum ou une formulation de parfum et solidification du polymère à partir du mélange.
