The present invention relates to a radish cutting apparatus, and more specifically, to radish cutting apparatus which primarily chops the radish arranged in a radish container in an upright position, moves the chopped radish pieces onto a grid-shaped blade, and presses the chopped radish pieces in a manner similar to that of a grinding mill, and chops the chopped radish pieces in a square shape. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the radish cutting apparatus includes: a primary cutting device for cutting the radish in a primary transverse direction； and a secondary cutting device for cutting the chopped radish pieces in a predetermined shape. The primary cutting device has a coil spring (40) mounted on a linear guide (30) between a radish contact press plate (10) on the front part and a friction press plate (20) on the rear part, thereby securing the space for the radish container.본발명은 무 절단장치에 관한 것으로, 무를 절단하는 1차 가로방향으로 절단하는 1차절단장치와, 상기 절단된 무를 일정 형상으로 절단하는 2차절단장치로 이루어지는 것이며, 상기 1차절단장치는 전방의 무접촉압착판(10)과 후방의 마찰압착판(20)과 사이의 리니어가이드(30)에 코일스프링(40)을 장착하여 무통의 공간을 유지하고, 마찰압착판(20) 후방에는 압착고정판(50)이 설치되고, 압착고정판의 후방의 돌출된 리니어가이드(60)에도 코일스프링(70)이 설치되며, 상기 마찰압착판(20)과 압착고정판(50) 사이에는 회전판원(81)이 형성되는 캠형상의 압착회전판(80)이 회전축에 설치되고, 크랭크(90)의 일단이 회전판원(81)에 연결되고 크랭크(90)의 타단은 캠팔로워가이드(100)에 연결되고, 캠팔로워가이드(100)에는 칼판(110)이 수평으로 연결되어서, 압착회전판(80)이 회전하면, 크랭크가 전후진하며, 상기 크랭크타단에는 칼판이 수평으로 형성되어 있어서, 압착회전판이 회전하면, 칼판이 전후진하며, 상기 칼판 위의 평칼(120)이 무를 자르는 것이며, 또한, 상기 회전축에는 회전판원(131)이 형성된 밀대회전판(130)이 연결되며, 상기 회전판원에는 밀대크랭크(140)의 일단이 연결되며, 밀대크랭크의 타단은 밀대캠팔로워가이드(150)에 연결되고, 밀대캠팔로워가이드에는 밀대판(160)이 수평으로 연결되어서, 밀대회전판(130)이 회전하면, 밀대판이 전후진 하며, 상기 밀대판 위의 받침대판(170)이 절단무를 이동시키는 것으로,본발명은 캠의 회전동작에 의해 무를 절단하는 1차절단장치와, 상기 절단된 무를 방아방식을 이용하여 일정 형상으로 절단하는 2차절단장치로 이루어져서 작업이 용이하고 정확하며, 작업시간이 단축되므로 경제적이며 위생적이라는 현저한 효과가 있다.
