Disclosed is a shielding membrane for alveolar bone regeneration which is located in between a bone transplant material transplanted on the alveolar bone and soft tissues of the gum for alveolar bone regeneration, and covers the bone transplant material. The shielding membrane for alveolar bone regeneration of the present invention is applied to the inside of the soft tissues of the gum for covering the bone transplant material on one side and being covered by the soft tissues on the other side, and has a cross section in a shape with the changing thickness so that the lower side of the membrane can be applied in a thicker condition than the upper side. The shielding membrane for alveolar bone regeneration of the present invention minimizes and prevents the bone transplant material from flowing to the lower side by the mobility of the soft tissues of the gum and gravity and increasing the size of the lower side of the bone transplant material, for preventing the bone regeneration from being proceeded abnormally or to a shape undesired by a patient. The shielding membrane for alveolar bone regeneration improves the stability of a dental treatment including an implant operation and remedial treatment, and reduces or prevents the pain of the patient by the poor bone regeneration.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014본 발명은, 치조골 재생을 위해 치조골에 이식되는 골이식재와 잇몸 연조직 사이에 구비되어서 상기 골이식재를 덮는 치조골 재생용 차폐막을 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 치조골 재생용 차폐막은, 상기 잇몸 연조직의 내측에 시술되어서 일측면이 상기 골이식재를 덮고 반대측인 타측면이 잇몸 연조직에 의해 덮으며, 하단부가 상기 하단부의 상측부분보다 두꺼운 형태로 시술이 가능하도록 두께가 변화되는 형상의 단면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 치조골 재생용 차폐막에 의하면, 잇몸 연조직의 유동성(Mobility)이나 중력에 의해 골이식재가 아래로 흘러 내려서 하측이 비대해지는 현상을 최소화 또는 방지함으로써 골 형성이 비정상으로 또는 시술자가 원치않는 형태로 진행되는 것을 방지할 수 있고, 이로 인해 교정치료나 임플란트시술 등과 같은 치과치료의 안정성이 향상되고 골재생 불량으로 인한 환자의 고통이 경감 또는 방지될 수 있다.
