The present invention discloses a smart cartridge used in accurately injecting a very small amount of drugs to a patient and a smart PCA pump which can safely and precisely mounting the smart cartridge. The smart cartridge comprises a silicone pad, a silicone tube, a connector, a pressure sensor housing, a front case and a rear case.
