Disclosed is a method for enhancing HPV epitope peptide immunogenicity, which comprises: assembling an HPV antigen gene on an HBc gene, allowing the integrated gene to express fusion protein by an exogenous expression system, allowing the fusion protein to automatically assemble to form a viroid particle VLP, and allowing the VLP surface to exhibit more than one copy of the HPV antigen, so as to obtain HBc-HPV VLP.Linvention concerne une méthode pour améliorer limmunogénicité dun épitope peptidique du VPH, qui consiste à : fusionner un gène dun antigène du VPH avec le gène de HBc, à permettre au gène de fusion dexprimer une protéine de fusion via un système dexpression exogène, à permettre à la protéine de fusion de sauto-assembler pour former une particule viroïde VLP, et à permettre la présentation en surface de VLP de plus dune copie de lantigène du VPH, de manière à obtenir une VLP HBc-VPH.
