PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental syringe capable of being miniaturized and reduced in weight and cost while reducing the injection labor of an anesthetic by a dentist or the like and capable of being easily sterilized.SOLUTION: A manual dental syringe 1 used at the time of injection of an anesthetic includes a cartridge holding part 3 for holding a cartridge in which the anesthetic is sealed, an output side moving member 28 having a plunger 27 moving the rubber plug of the cartridge to discharge the anesthetic from the injection needle 4 mounted in the cartridge holding part 3, a manual input side moving member 22 moving in a predetermined direction and a gear speed reducing mechanism 7 for reducing the movement of the input side moving member 22 to transmit speed reduction to the output side moving member 28.
