The present invention relates to a squid extending apparatus which can uniformly compress and spread a whole body of squid and thus can simplify the drying process and reduce the drying time. The squid extending apparatus has a rolling prevention member formed on the front sides of an upper roller and a lower roller of a compression unit and thus can prevent squid, compressed by the upper roller and the lower roller, from being rolled. Since an end portion of the rolling prevention member is formed to contact the outer circumferential sides of the upper roller and the lower roller, the squid extending apparatus can remove impurities attached on the outer circumferential sides of the upper roller and the lower roller. In addition, vertical movement of the upper roller is controlled by horizontal operation of a connection bar as a handle, which is formed on an upper portion of a fixation bar of the compression unit and controls the vertical movement of the upper roller, is connected by the connection bar. Accordingly, a gap between the lower roller and the upper roller can be constantly maintained on left and right sides. In addition, overload on a driving motor can be prevented by enabling the upper roller to perform tension action to the upside by an overload prevention member when squid is compressed by the upper roller and the lower roller.본 발명은 오징어를 전체적으로 균일하게 압착시켜 펼 수 있게 됨으로써 건조공정을 단순화시키고 건조시간을 단축시킬 수 있는 오징어 확장기를 제공한다. 본 발명은 압착부의 상부롤러와 하부롤러의 전방에 말림방지부재를 형성함으로써 상부롤러와 하부롤러에 의해 압착되어진 오징어가 말리는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 하고, 말림방지부재의 끝단이 상부롤러와 하부롤러의 외주면과 맞닿게 형성함으로써 상부롤러 및 하부롤러의 외주면에 붙어있는 이물질을 제거할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 압착부의 고정대의 상부에 형성되어 상부롤러의 상하이동을 조절하기 위한 손잡이가 연결대에 의해 연결되도록 하여 연결대의 좌우 동작으로 상부롤러의 상하이동이 조절되도록 함으로써 하부롤러와 상부롤러 사이의 간격이 좌측과 우측이 일정하게 유지할 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다. 그리고, 상부롤러와 하부롤러에 의해 오징어가 압착시 상부롤러가 과부하방지부재에 의해 상측으로 텐션작용을 하도록 함으로써 구동모터의 과부하를 방지할 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다.
