PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article difficult to increase costs and having high designability.SOLUTION: A liner 1A which is one example of an absorbent article includes a surface layer, a leak-proof layer and an absorption layer. On the surface layer, window parts 21, 61 having high transparency are formed as the absorption layer at an area outer than the outer peripheral edge of an absorber 4. A rear surface sheet 3 as the leak preventive layer is colored in a color different from that of the surface layer. The color of the back surface sheet 3 is visible through the window parts 21, 61 of the surface layer in a plan view from the surface layer side.
