Disclosed in the present invention is a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating multiple system atrophy, through the control of microRNA 202. In addition, disclosed in the present invention are: a marker used for diagnosing the multiple system atrophy or measuring the prognosis； and uses thereof. The composition of the present invention can be efficiently used for treating the multiple system atrophy by increasing the expression of Oct1 and inhibiting the oxidative damage to the nerves.본원은 마이크로 RNA 202의 조절을 통한 다계통위축증 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물을 개시한다. 본원은 또한 다계통위축증의 진단 또는 예후 측정에 사용될 수 있는 마커 및 그 용도를 개시한다. 본원의 조성물은 Oct1의 발현을 증가시켜 산화성 신경손상을 억제하여 다계통위축증의 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
