There is disclosed a drip stop system for liquid manure application equipment, like drag hose booms, incorporators etc. The drip stop system consists of an inlet, a gate housing with gate and with a hole for passage of the liquid manure having a greater area than the area of the inlet, an actuation unit connected with and adapted for opening and closing the gate, and an outlet with an area greater than the area in the gate housing. Because the area in the liquid manure passage becomes larger through the valve, the drip stop system will not be clogged. Possible stemmed-up material by closed valve may come further out of the valve because the space is increased in a conical valve passage.
