Accordingly, enteric properties of probiotics and storage excellence at high temperature and high humidity can increased by using wet granulation process costs can be reduced and coated probiotics have properties beneficial to be applied in a mass production process.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017본 발명의 일 구현예는 생균제 원말에 수용성 셀룰로스계 화합물, 증류수 및 아세톤 용액을 포함하는 제1차 코팅액을 혼합하고, 습식과립법을 이용하여 미세분말을 제조하는 제1단계 및 상기 미세분말에 비수용성 셀룰로스계 화합물 및 아세톤 용액을 포함하는 제2차 코팅액을 혼합한 후 습식과립법을 이용하여 과립을 제조하는 제2단계를 포함하는 코팅된 생균제의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 통해, 본 발명은 상기와 같이 습식과립법을 이용함으로써, 생균제의 장용성 및 고온고습 환경에서의 저장 우수성을 높이면서도, 공정비용 저감의 효과가 우수하고, 대량생산공정에 적용하기 유리한 특성을 갖는 코팅된 생균제의 제조방법을 제공할 수 있다.
