PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technologies for measuring the cerebral function and activating the cerebral function according to the motion of a user.SOLUTION: A control part 11 of a mission presenting device 1 reads presentation sound data from a presentation sound data storage area 121, and replays the presentation sound. The user shakes an operating device 2 according to the presentation sound presented by the mission presenting device 1. When the operating device 2 is shaken by the user, an acceleration sensor 21 of the operating device 2 generates acceleration data, and the generated acceleration data are output to the mission presenting device 1. The control part 11 detects the motion of the user according to the acceleration data output from the operating device 2, and evaluates the motion of the user based on the comparison of the detected motion with predetermined reference data. The control part 11 compares signals output from a plurality of operating devices 2 respectively to evaluate the motion of the user according to the result of comparison.
