PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaner for a shaking separator which is capable of accurately removing deposits such as straw adhering on the surface of a sieve to prevent clogging of a shaking separator with threshed products so as to improve efficiency of the threshing work.SOLUTION: The cleaner for a shaking separator includes a plurality of cleaning devices (30) including cleaning plates (28) set to have an attitude along the front and back direction along the plural sieves (26) of a shaking separator (15) receiving, shaking, and separating threshed products from a threshing chamber (11), and scrapers (29) removing deposits by contact with the surface of each sieve (26), and the plurality of cleaning devices (30) are integrally reciprocated in the right and left directions.
