PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breeding/cultivating method of a cultivation marine animal which improves growth or reduces prevalence and mortality of a cultivation marine animal such as a shrimp without destructing an ambient environment and achieves an excellent body quality of a quality shrimp, etc, in a closed circulation type land farm.SOLUTION: A nanofiber sheet 15 having an antibacterial function is spread on a ground surface 19 of a cultivation pond 18 in a closed circulation type land farm, a super water repellent nanofiber sheet 17 is spread on the nanofiber sheet, and slag 20 is further stacked on the super water repellent nanofiber sheet, and thereby the cultivation pond 18 is formed.
