Disclosed is a compound of formula (I) wherein the substituents are as disclosed in the description. Examples of compounds of formula (I) includes: 6-(Azetidin-3-yl)-2-(2-chlorophenyl)-N-(5-methyl-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)pyrimidin-4-amine and 6-(Azetidin-1-yl)-2-(2-chlorophenyl)-N-(5-methyl-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)pyrimidin-4-amine. Also disclosed is a composition comprising a compound of formula(I), the use of a compound of formula (I) for making a medicament and the method of inhibiting GSK-3 activity in an ex vivo or in vitro sample.
