The present invention relates to a temperature control apparatus installed on the outside of a vinyl greenhouse ceiling to control the temperature of an indoor space in the vinyl greenhouse forming the indoor space by a plurality of pipes and a vinyl member covering the same. The present invention includes a waterjet unit； a support unit disposed on the outer surface of a ceiling area in the vinyl member and mounted with the waterjet unit； and a mounting unit for fixing and releasing the support unit.
