PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for efficiently volatilizing a volatilization agent.SOLUTION: A discharger 39 includes: a fitting cap 40 fitted to an opening part 38d a stem 42 disposed at the fitting cap 40, movable downward in an upward biased state and a push-down head 43 fitted to the stem 42. A standing cylindrical part 45 is vertically arranged to the fitting cap 40 to surround the stem 42 from the outside in the radial direction of a discharge vessel. An impregnation material 14 surrounds the standing cylindrical part 45 and the push-down head 43 from the outside in the radial direction, having a cylindrical shape with the lower end disposed on the top face of the fitting cap 40. Between the outer peripheral surface of the standing cylindrical part 45 and the inner peripheral surface of the impregnation material 14, a cyclic opening gap 47 which is closed from below with the top face of the fitting cap 40 and open upward is provided. The push-down head 43 is provided with a plurality of discharge holes 49 which discharge a volatilization agent toward the impregnation material 14.
