The present invention relates to a sheet mask which can maximize a cosmetic effect of skin care regardless of an increase in the temperature caused by a body temperature of a user, and more specifically, to the sheet mask comprising a primary skin improving sheet, a secondary skin improving sheet, and an accommodation body. According to the present invention, the primary skin improving sheet is composed of a first sheet and a second sheet, wherein the first sheet is applied to skin of a forehead, a nose, cheekbone portions except for an eye portion of a user and the second sheet is applied to improve the skin of cheeks, a chin, and a neck portion except for lips of a user. At least two secondary skin improving sheets having a predetermined area are arranged to be additionally applied to the portions where the primary skin improving sheet is applied. The primary and secondary skin improving sheets are independently packaged in an airtight way inside the accommodation body to get drenched with the essence, respectively.
