FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to devices for introduction of medication. Device contains case with proximal and distal ends, cartridge for medication with output hole, mobile piston, held inside cartridge, drive element, piston rod and elastic element. Drive element is connected with possibility of disconnection to rod and moves in proximal direction with respect to case for installation of medication dose and in distal direction for dose introduction. Piston rod brings piston in motion in distal direction with respect to case for dose introduction. Elastic element moves drive element in proximal direction with respect to case after dose introduction, thus reducing pressure of piston rod on piston. Method of device operation is realised by moving drive element in proximal direction to install dose, in distal direction to introduce dose, with force acting on drive element, resulting in travel of piston rod in distal direction and displacement of elastic element. After specified period of time force is removed.
