Dialysate in the dialysate tank is flowed through the dialysate pump cylinder, and dialysate of the blood dialyzing filter is flowed to the discharging liquid pump cylinder when piston is move backwards and dialysate of dialysate pump cylinder is flowed through the blood dialyzing filter and dialysate of the discharging liquid pump cylinder is flowed through the discharging liquid tank when the piston is moving forward. A blood dialyzing apparatus according to the present invention: maintains flow rate of discharging liquid removed from the blood dialyzing filter and flow rate of dialysate supplied to the blood dialyzing filter using the dialysate supply unit having a simple structure which includes the cylinder and piston and rapidly and drastically changes pressure of dialysate inside the blood dialyzing filter.
