The present invention relates to a stem cell cancer strain and to a production method thereof, and more specifically, metabolic stress is applied to cancer cells to be induced into stem cell cancer cells. More specifically, the present invention relates to the production and establishment of the stem cell cancer strain by repeating culture in a glucose-deficient medium. The main features of the stem cell cancer strain produced by the method are that, in a glucose-deficient environment, the resistance to apoptosis is highly exhibited and the resistance to anticancer drugs is highly exhibited.본 발명은 줄기세포성을 가지는 암 세포주 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 암세포에 대사적 스트레스를 가함으로써 줄기세포성 암세포로 유도하는 것이며, 더욱 구체적으로는 글루코스 결피 배지에서의 배양을 반복함으로써 줄기세포성 암세포주 제조하고 확립하는 것에 관한 것이다. 상기 방법으로 제조된 줄기세포성 암 세포주의 주요 특징은 글루코스가 결핍된 환경에서 세포자멸자에 대한 저항능력이 높게 나타나고 항암제에 대한 저항성이 높게 나타난다.
