A method for predicting the course of traumatic disease in patients with severe combined abdominal trauma, comprising the assessment of anatomical damage by discriminal analysis on the basis of visual inspection for intrapartum surgery, X-ray, tomography, ultrasound studies in six anatomical and functional regions - head, thorax, abdomen, pelvis, spine and extremities using point scoring damage by scale AIS-90, with the determination of the NISS index, and corresponding set of clinical and diagnostic studies aimed to determining the severity of functional disorders, which are calculated by the TS scale based on survey of heart and circulatory system, respiratory system and assess the level of consciousness, according to Glasgow coma scale, and as prognostic score the probability of survival the anatomical and functional assessment of injury TRISS is used, which takes into account the value of scales AIS-90 and TS. Additionally an amount of haemoperitoneum is taken into account and is calculated by the formula: where Y - the terms of the likely lethal currents in suffered person, X&ndash index of calculated probability of survival by prognostic score TRISS in %, X&ndash volume of haemoperitoneum presented in ml.Спосіб прогнозування перебігу травматичної хвороби у постраждалих з важкою поєднаною абдомінальною травмою, який включає оцінку анатомічних пошкоджень постраждалого шляхом дискримінантного аналізу на основі візуального обстеження продовж ургентного оперативного втручання, рентгенографічного, томографічного, ультразвукового досліджень в шести анатомо-функціональних ділянках - голові, грудній клітці, животі, тазу, хребті та кінцівках із застосуванням бальної оцінки пошкоджень за шкалою AIS-90, із визначенням індексу NISS, та відповідного комплексу клініко-діагностичних досліджень, спрямованих на визначення тяжкості функціональних розладів, які обчислюються за шкалою TS на основі обстеження серцево-судинної системи, респіраторної системи та оцінки рівня свідомост
