PURPOSE: A replaceable crutch is provided to enable a user to replace the packing of the crutch with sanitary packing. CONSTITUTION: A replaceable crutch comprises upper supports(1,1'), a lower support(2), a rotary shaft(3a), a loop(3g), a handle(3c), a screwnut(3d), screw thread(3f), and springs(4,4'). The rotary shaft of a connecting part is fixed by the screwnut between the upper supports. In the side end of the connecting part, a loop is fixed or welded. The end part of the loop is formed in a circular shape. When the handle is hung in the loop, the lower support is rotated at 180 degrees.본 발명의 교체용 목발은 도로나 화장실 등 비위생적인 장소를 짚고 다니거나 실내에서 위생적으로 짚고 다닐 때에도 체결부(3k)의 손잡이(3c)를 이용하여 걸고리(3b)를 해지시키고, 하지지대(2)를 180도 회전시키면 장착된 패킹(5, 5a)이 간단히 교체되므로 실내외에서 사용이 가능한 것이다.
