PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for sealing connection of a pressure hose to the grip element of a surgical instrument or the handle of such a surgical instrument, and to secure persistent and firm connection between the pressure hose and the grip element by the device.SOLUTION: The device for sealing connection of the pressure hose 2 to the grip element 4 of the surgical instrument includes at least one sealing element 8 which intervenes between the grip element and the pressure hose in a connection area in an assembled state for performing sealing, and a support element 12. The support element is arranged in the connection area 10 inside 14 of the pressure hose such that the sealing element is clamped or can be clamped between the support element and the pressure hose on one side and between the support element and the grip element on the other side.
