PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow information on an impact on an operation panel to be acquired in an after-the-fact manner.SOLUTION: A base plate is provided in an operation panel 14, and an acceleration sensor 38 is provided on the base plate. Presence or absence of an impact is determined based on three detection signals from the acceleration sensor 38. When an impact is present, impact information including detailed information on the impact is generated, and stored in a maintenance impact information memory 106.
