The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating bone diseases comprising a ginsenoside complex as an active ingredient. More specifically, the present invention relates to a composition for preventing, treating or alleviating bone diseases, which comprises, as an active ingredient, a ginsenoside complex composed of ginsenoside Rd and ginsenoside Re, wherein a weight ratio of the Rd to the Re ranges from 2:1 to 2:3.
