These illumination elements are inclined toward the outside of the imaging window in the center of the imaging window, and the outer peripheral wall face that is substantially opposite these illumination elements in the vertical direction is constituted as a light collecting face that is inclined toward the outside of the imaging window in the center of the imaging window.
