PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drinking water production method capable of easily taking copper ions into the body.SOLUTION: Provided is a drinking water production method where raw material water and copper ion water in which 99.9% or more of included metallic ions being copper ions are mixed to generate drinking water. In the drinking water production method, the raw material water and the copper ion water are mixed in a pressurized state.
