PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly of a needle and a receiver.SOLUTION: An assembly of this invention includes a cartridge, a needle and a cutter. A cartridge receiver has a hollow interior, an open end sized for receiving at least part of a syringe cartridge, and a closed end opposite to the open end. The needle is mounted on the receiver having a fluid passage extending between a delivery tip at a distal end of the needle, which is used to insert the needle into a tissue of a patient, and an access tip at a proximal end of the needle opposite to the delivery tip, which is used to insert the needle into the diaphragm of the cartridge.
