The first annular rib (44) has a maximum outer diameter part and a reduced-diameter annular part (48) that is curved so that the outer diameter becomes increasingly smaller going from the maximum outer diameter part toward the distal end surface, and there is coupling, with no recess or stepped difference, between an annular distal end (48a) of the reduced-diameter annular part (48) and an annular proximal end of the distal end surface (41).
