The present invention relates to the field of wound healing formulations, and provides an antibacterial and anti-inflammatory drug and a preparation method therefor. The antibacterial and anti-inflammatory drug is prepared from the following raw materials: ascorbic acid, sodium tetraborate, propylene glycol, phenoxyethanol, glycerol, and pure water. The preparation method comprises: mixing the sodium tetraborate with the propylene glycol evenly and then mixing with the pure water of 80-100ºC and slowly adding the glycerol for mixing evenly, lowering the temperature to 60-70ºC, slowly adding the ascorbic acid and then mixing with the phenoxyethanol evenly to obtain an antibacterial liquid and filtering.La présente invention concerne le domaine des formulations de cicatrisation de plaies, et fournit un médicament antibactérien et anti-inflammatoire et son procédé de préparation. Le médicament antibactérien et anti-inflammatoire est préparé à partir des matières premières suivantes : acide ascorbique, tétraborate de sodium, propylène glycol, phénoxyéthanol, glycérol et eau pure. Le procédé de préparation comprend les étapes consistant à : mélanger le tétraborate de sodium avec le propylène glycol de manière uniforme, puis mélanger avec leau pure de 80-100 °C et ajouter lentement le glycérol pour le mélanger de façon uniforme, abaisser la température à 60-70 °C, ajouter lentement lacide ascorbique et ensuite mélanger avec le phénoxyéthanol de façon uniforme pour obtenir un liquide antibactérien et filtrer.
