PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinder in which grinding objects having different shapes such as length, can be smoothly inserted between a lower mortar and an upper mortar, and into which a large amount of grinding objects can be inputted.SOLUTION: A grinder comprises: an upper mortar 360 having an upper mortar rubbing surface 360a and an aperture 361 a lower mortar 350 having a lower mortar rubbing surface 350a and a core 355 disposed in the lower mortar 350 and penetrating the aperture 361 so as to extend upward. The core 355 includes spiral blades 355a whose screw facing directions are opposite to a rotative direction of the core 355.
