PURPOSE: A raw material composition for sugar free schisandra chinensis drink is provided to prevent the increase of blood sugar of diabetics patients when drinking the schisandra chinensis drink. CONSTITUTION: A raw material composition for sugar free schisandra chinensis drink is obtained by the following steps: dissolving frozen schisandra chinensis at room temperature for 24hours, and extracting to obtain raw fruit juice； inserting 10~200ml of anthocyanin increasing material and 50~200mg of sulfur dioxide generating material into 1L of raw fruit juice, and stirring to obtain a mixture； inserting acesulfame potassium, xylitol, citric acid, and maltodextrin into 1L of mixture； and sealing the mixture and after-ripening for 5~7days at 4~10deg C.본 발명은 오미자 색소 안토시아닌의 저장성을 강화하여 상온에서도 붉은 색의 변화가 적으며, 당뇨환자에게도 혈당의 증가가 없는 오미자 음료의 원료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로 (1) 냉동 오미자를 20~25℃에서 24시간 동안 녹인 다음 종자가 파괴되지 않도록 압착하여 생과즙을 얻고, (2) 생과즙 1ℓ에 오디과즙 100㎖ 그리고 메타중아황산칼륨을 100㎎을 첨가한 후 교반하여 혼합물을 제조하고, (3) 상기 혼합물 1ℓ에 아세설팜칼륨을 10g, 자일리톨을 200g, 구연산 10g 내지 20g 그리고 말토덱스트린을 20g을 첨가하여 밀봉하고, 10℃의 저온에서 7일 동안 후숙시키는 것을 특징으로 한 원료 조성물에 관한 것이다.
